How do you handle estate sales?
We auction your estate items in timed sales. All our estate sales are hosted online only. Our timed auctions make it easy and stress-free to sell your belongings. We are flexible and here to help based on your specific needs!
How do auctions work?
We catalog and photograph your items so they look their best and we group them into lots. The lots are posted online and buyers bid against each other. When the timed auction ends, the highest bidder wins the item and pays for it. It’s just like eBay but for locals!
How do you charge for services?
We deduct a commission rate from your sale proceeds as well as a flat rate per listing group (lot). We are up front regarding all fees associated with your sale and are happy to answer your questions specific to your sale.
Where does my stuff go during a sale?
We can host estate sales in your home or at our facility depending on your needs! For large complex estates we can come to your home/location to process the auction and handle pick-ups. If needed you can arrange to have your collection delivered to our storage facility and we will host the auction out of our offices. We do not charge extra to store your items with us.
What happens if my items do not sell?
You have the option of having unsold items returned to you or donated to a local charity of your choice.
